Be able to turn Paradise Animated Wallpaper on and off as preferred. I have downloaded other animated wallpapers and I can simply right click on it to turn it on or off as I want.

And be able to set it to start up when my computer does or not.

Also, this seemed to lock up my desktop in Windows 7 and I could not move any of my desktop icons.
